At PicsArt Lab, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains our procedures for handling copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted content has been used without permission, please follow the guidelines below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted material has been copied and is accessible on our site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated copyright agent. Your notice must include the following details:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of the infringing material with sufficient details (such as URL) to help us locate it.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  4. A statement declaring that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement affirming that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  6. A physical or electronic signature of the authorized person acting on behalf of the copyright owner.

Filing a Counter-Notice

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to request its reinstatement. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its previous location.
  2. A statement affirming your good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email).
  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district or, if outside the U.S., any jurisdiction in which PicsArt Lab operates.
  5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant who filed the original DMCA notice.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the complainant. If the complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers Policy

PicsArt Lab strictly prohibits repeated copyright violations. Users who receive multiple valid DMCA complaints may have their access restricted or accounts terminated at our discretion.

Good Faith & Misrepresentation

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in legal consequences, including financial penalties. We encourage all parties to ensure the accuracy of their claims before submission.
